When we aren't receiving the proper supply of B12 what can result is nerve degeneration and other important cell damage. Symptoms that might arise as a result of deficiency are a loss of feeling in fingers and toes or on the spine. Other symptoms may include loss of balance with clumsiness, decreased reflex responses, increased irritability, memory loss, lack of concentration and depression.
The best way to give your body B12 is by taking brewer's yeast, bee pollen, sea vegetables or algae. Equally important is the need to withhold from ingesting alcohol, tobacco, coffee, birth control pills and antibiotics as these substances create an increased need of B12.

This form of B12 is what most MD's use. This affects brain function. Typically not offered by MD's so you'd have to type Naturopath Doctor + your local area online or look for liquid form in health stores. Offers the same benefits as other B12 and in addition this is very good for anyone with mental struggles. (Depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.)
